🦋 “God’s Miracle Through the Least Likely — The Story of Gideon”🦋

Have you ever felt like you were too small, too scared, or too unqualified for what God was asking of you?

Gideon did too.

When the angel of the Lord appeared to him, he wasn’t praying boldly or preaching to a crowd. He was hiding — threshing wheat in a winepress to keep it from his enemies (Judges 6:11). Yet God showed up in that hiding place and called him, “Mighty warrior.”

Can you imagine that? Gideon, trembling in fear, looking around like — “Who, me?”

But that’s exactly who God wanted.

Gideon didn’t feel strong. He didn’t feel qualified. In fact, he told God, “My clan is the weakest… and I am the least in my family.” (Judges 6:15)

But God’s response was simple and powerful: “I will be with you.”

That’s the miracle — not just the victory Gideon won with 300 men against thousands, but the transformation that happened inside him.

God took a fearful man hiding in the shadows and made him a warrior of faith who led his people to freedom.

Sometimes, the miracle isn’t just in what God does through you — it’s in what He awakens inside you.

Maybe you’re in a season where you feel invisible, unsure, or like your voice doesn’t matter. But God sees you where you are. He calls you by what He placed inside you — not by what the world labels you as.

🔥You are not forgotten. You are not too late.🔥

God still delights in using the least likely people to do the most powerful things.

🦋Reflection Questions:🦋

  1. Have I been hiding something God wants to use?
  2. What fear is keeping me from stepping into the calling God’s placed in my heart?
  3. Can I trust that God’s strength is enough when I feel weak?

Prayer:💧🩸🔥

“Lord, thank You for calling me even when I feel afraid or unworthy. Help me to see myself the way You see me — chosen, equipped, and deeply loved. Strengthen my heart to step forward in faith, knowing that You go with me. Amen.”
